📋 Description

  • Own and develop relationships across regional SI partners in territory
  • Map key stakeholders within partner orgs (sales, delivery, practice leads)
  • Drive partner onboarding, ramp, and enablement to build Fivetran competency
  • Execute co-sell motions between Fivetran AEs and SI teams to boost pipeline
  • Increase S0 and S1 pipeline via structured partner engagement (e.g., PG Tuesday)
  • Build joint account strategies for key opportunities in the territory

🎯 Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years in partner mgmt, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS sales
  • Demonstrated success building/scale regional partner ecosystems with 15+ partners
  • Prior quota-carrying or revenue-accountable background
  • Familiar with modern data stack: AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, Databricks
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse partner portfolio
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and partner eng
  • Understanding of channel economics and co-sell incentives
  • Experience with SI embedded in AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks ecosystems
