🎯 Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years in partner mgmt, channel sales, or enterprise SaaS sales
- Demonstrated success building/scale regional partner ecosystems with 15+ partners
- Prior quota-carrying or revenue-accountable background
- Familiar with modern data stack: AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, Databricks
- Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse partner portfolio
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and partner eng
- Understanding of channel economics and co-sell incentives
- Experience with SI embedded in AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks ecosystems
