📋 Description

  • Own partner plan for Japanese GSIs/MSSPs in Japan; align targets and priorities
  • Recruit net-new GSIs/MSSPs in Japan per partner profile
  • Develop and execute joint GTM plans with partners; co-sell motions
  • Drive day-to-day partner execution: pipeline, forecasting, blockers
  • Build senior relationships with partner leadership; coordinate engagements
  • Coordinate enablement and readiness: plays, certs, solution alignment

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner mgmt in cybersecurity or enterprise tech
  • Recruit, onboard and activate partners; build joint plans; pipeline
  • Fluent Japanese required; business-level English preferred
  • Open doors, executive relationships, drive partner-led GTM with accountability
  • Experience with GSIs/MSSPs or large providers is a plus
  • Strong pipeline management and cross-functional coordination
