🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner mgmt in cybersecurity or enterprise tech
- Recruit, onboard and activate partners; build joint plans; pipeline
- Fluent Japanese required; business-level English preferred
- Open doors, executive relationships, drive partner-led GTM with accountability
- Experience with GSIs/MSSPs or large providers is a plus
- Strong pipeline management and cross-functional coordination
