Salesforce Service Cloud QA Support Engineer

Position Overview:

ShyftLabs is seeking a talented Salesforce Service Cloud QA Support Engineer

for our (Gurgaon/Noida) location, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science.

3+ years of Functional & Non-Functional Testing experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce application testing.

Must Have Skill:

Manual Testing

Salesforce Service Cloud

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
