We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support the migration of legacy websites to our new CMS-powered platform. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition of digital assets, content, and metadata across hundreds of websites while maintaining consistency with brand standards. You will work closely with developers, designers, and marketing teams to operationalize the migration process and uphold content integrity at scale.

Job Responsibilities

  • Asset Migration: Migrate digital assets (e.g., images, documents, blog content) from legacy websites into the new CMS platform using defined templates and tools.
  • Content Configuration: Set up location pages, service listings, contact information, links, and other structured content within the CMS to ensure functional parity with legacy sites.
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Perform thorough reviews of migrated pages to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to brand and accessibility standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain logs of completed migrations, QA issues, and fixes; flag inconsistencies or gaps in source content.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline migration tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of migration workflows.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with developers, designers, and content owners to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and ensure successful launches.
  • Team Management: Lead small teams and mentor junior operations staff, which may involve delegating tasks and overseeing progress to meet project milestones.
  • Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in website operations, content management, or digital QA.
  • Hands-on experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or proprietary systems); experience with headless CMS or structured content models is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for content and design consistency.
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring junior team members or leading small project teams.
  • Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale website migrations.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
  • Exposure to project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
  • Additional Information

We are proud to offer a competitive salary alongside a strong insurance package. We pride ourselves on the growth of our employees, offering extensive learning and development resources.

This role is located on-site in our rapidly-growing Noida location.
