📋 Description

  • Design and own Showpad’s global reseller and channel strategy to hit revenue goals
  • Launch reseller model in France and the Nordics in 2026; scale further markets
  • Build partner ecosystems: referral-led and enterprise partnerships to drive pipeline
  • Define partner programs: margins, incentives, certification, rules of engagement
  • Partner with regional sales leadership to ensure tight execution and accountability
  • Create end-to-end partnership operating model: onboarding, enablement, and governance

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic partnerships, channels, or alliances in B2B SaaS/enterprise software
  • Proven track record of building and scaling reseller or channel programs internationally
  • Experience launching partnerships in EMEA and/or APAC markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS GTM, sales cycles, and enterprise buying behaviour
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence internally and externally
