Showpad is a leading sales enablement platform that helps teams turn customer data into actionable insights and revenue. We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our data team in Ghent.

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with product, marketing, sales, and operations to translate data into strategic recommendations and measurable business impact. You will design and maintain dashboards, build reliable data models, and contribute to data governance and data quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that inform product and business decisions.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and measurement plans.
• Ensure data quality and governance across data sources and pipelines.
• Partner with data engineering on data pipelines and warehousing to enable scalable analytics.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills; proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and the ability to tell a data-driven story.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing or experimentation.
• Knowledge of machine learning or advanced analytics.
