Showpad is a leading sales enablement platform helping teams align content and data to win more deals. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Bucharest to turn data into insights that drive product, marketing, and sales decisions.

Role overview

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to define metrics, build and maintain dashboards, and deliver actionable analyses. You will work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and scalable analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key business metrics
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and guide strategy
Own data quality, integrity, and documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and data requirements
Model trends and forecast outcomes to support decision making
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a data-driven culture

Requirements

Strong SQL skills
Proficiency in Python (Pandas) or similar language
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field

Nice-to-have

Experience with Showpad or sales enablement domain
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce
