Showpad is seeking a high-impact Sales Director, Customer Growth to lead the London-based enterprise sales effort and accelerate revenue growth with strategic customers. You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, build a scalable growth motion, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize value delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Customer Growth sales function in London/EMEA.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for top enterprise customers.
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and winning new business.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure customer value and adoption.
Forecast, manage pipelines, and report metrics to leadership.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales with substantial revenue impact.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to manage complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
