Program Manager, Product Operations at Showpad
Overview
Showpad is seeking a results‑driven Program Manager for Product Operations to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives that drive product success and user adoption. You will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to define roadmaps, track delivery, and improve go‑to‑market processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead program planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Align product strategy with execution across engineering, product, UX, and analytics
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and PMO artifacts
- Improve onboarding, release processes, and cross‑functional collaboration
- Manage scope, dependencies, and timelines for product initiatives
Qualifications
- 4+ years of program management or product operations experience
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration, communication, and problem solving
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
