Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager, Mobile to own the mobile experience of Showpad’s SaaS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that drive user value and business impact across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the mobile product roadmap aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform prioritization and prioritization decisions.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria; own backlogs and release planning.
• Measure success with defined metrics; iterate on features to improve adoption and retention.
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on mobile (iOS/Android) and SaaS/B2B products.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in sales enablement or content-centric platforms.
• Technical understanding of mobile architectures, APIs, and integrations.
