Showpad is a leading platform for sales enablement that helps teams present content effectively and close more deals. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Bucharest team and help shape the next generation of our product.

Role

As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design of product features, collaborating with product managers, researchers and engineers to create intuitive, impactful experiences.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and scope.
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect user needs and business goals.
Develop and maintain components in the design system; ensure consistency across the product.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on feedback to improve usability.
Contribute to a culture of design critique and thoughtful product thinking.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.

Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma; strong visual and interaction design skills.
Experience working with design systems and front-end developers.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
