About the role

As a Data Analyst at Showpad in Ghent, you will turn data into actionable insights to support product, marketing, and sales decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analyses and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations.

What you will do

Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and Python.
Analyze user engagement, product usage, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define metrics and data requirements.
Ensure data quality and reliability; assist in data modeling and data pipelines as needed.
Communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

What you should bring

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
2+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel; experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice-to-have: Python, ETL processes, data visualization know-how.
