Account Manager, Enterprise III at Showpad
Overview
Showpad is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager III to join our sales team in New York. In this role, you will manage strategic enterprise accounts, drive adoption of Showpad's SaaS platform, and lead renewal and expansion opportunities. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and achieve revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers with a focus on renewal and expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction
- Lead renewal conversations, negotiate terms, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams
- Advocate for customers within Showpad, translating feedback into product and process improvements
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to maximize value delivery
- Forecast accurately and maintain healthy pipeline for assigned accounts
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise account management or strategic enterprise sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota with complex enterprise customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling SaaS platforms to large organizations; familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Willingness to travel as needed
