About Showpad

Role: Account Manager, Enterprise III

Location: Austin (on-site). This is a senior client-facing sales role focused on strategic enterprise accounts and revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Own and expand relationships with a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers.
  • Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services to design and execute account plans.
  • Develop executive-level relationships, articulate business value, and track success metrics.
  • Forecast renewals and expansions, manage risk, and contribute to strategic account planning.
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing to improve Showpad's offerings.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of enterprise account management or complex enterprise sales experience (or equivalent).
  • Proven track record of renewals and expansions within enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
