Role: Account Manager, Enterprise III
Location: Austin (on-site). This is a senior client-facing sales role focused on strategic enterprise accounts and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Own and expand relationships with a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers.
- Drive renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Professional Services to design and execute account plans.
- Develop executive-level relationships, articulate business value, and track success metrics.
- Forecast renewals and expansions, manage risk, and contribute to strategic account planning.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing to improve Showpad's offerings.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of enterprise account management or complex enterprise sales experience (or equivalent).
- Proven track record of renewals and expansions within enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
