Overview
Showpad is a leading sales enablement platform used by enterprise teams to accelerate revenue and improve buyer engagement. We are seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise III to join our Boston-based team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic portfolio of enterprise customers and drive long-term value.
- Develop quarterly and annual account plans to maximize adoption and expansion.
- Drive revenue through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells within your account base.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewal activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing) to ensure customer success.
- Monitor product adoption, usage metrics, and health signals to identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver executive business reviews and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline in Salesforce; contribute to accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer reference programs to expand use cases.
- Travel as needed to meet with customers and prospects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales or account management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies.
- Strategic thinker able to craft long-term account plans and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel as required.
