Overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join Showpad's Commercial team in Chicago. You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, drive revenue growth, renewals and expansions, and become a trusted advisor to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Chicago area, ensuring renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships, understand customer goals, and map Showpad value to business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contract negotiations.
- Forecast quarterly revenue and maintain accurate CRM data.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Provide product feedback to internal teams and represent the customer's voice.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS account management or sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
