Overview

We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join Showpad's Commercial team in Chicago. You will manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, drive revenue growth, renewals and expansions, and become a trusted advisor to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts in the Chicago area, ensuring renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships, understand customer goals, and map Showpad value to business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contract negotiations.
  • Forecast quarterly revenue and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Provide product feedback to internal teams and represent the customer's voice.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS account management or sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
