  • Own annual 360-degree shopper marketing plans for core retailers.
  • Partner with Sales on promotions, launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Translate brand/customer strategies into in-store and omnichannel programs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and agency/external partner execution.
  • Optimize digital shelf across retailer platforms; ensure content accuracy.
  • Maintain product content on Syndigo, IX-ONE, 1WorldSync; PDP optimization.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of shopper marketing experience in CPG or adjacent.
  • Independent, able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Hands-on experience with Syndigo, IX-ONE, and 1WorldSync.
  • Experience with retail media platforms (Instacart, Criteo, Kroger PM, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel).
  • Experience managing trade shows and working with external agencies.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and monday.com.
