🎯 Requirements

Proven experience using Category Management tools and methodologies in retail/CPG.
Strong data analysis skills; turn data into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Degree in a relevant subject.
5 to 7 years hands-on experience in insights roles (data analysis, recommendations, presentations).
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
