🎯 Requirements

Strong communication and collaboration with Warehouse, Quality, and Tech Eng teams.
Motivated, quality-driven leader who fosters teams and change.
Proven success supervising diverse workforce and high-volume orders.
Experience with WMS, ERP, barcode scanning, and shipping docs.
Aptitude to innovate and improve productivity.
4+ years in high-volume automated/manual shipping/fulfillment.
