Manage order fulfillment for small parcel, LTL, and freight forwarder shipments.
Manage incoming and outgoing shipping logistics for cargo carriers.
Prepare shipping documents for LTL shipments (bills of lading, labels).
Stand up Dangerous Goods and Trade Compliance procedures.
Communicate with internal and external personnel for clarity on shipping inquiries.
Secure all shipments ensuring the items are safely packaged.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years experience in shipping, inventory, receiving, or material handling.
2+ years forklift experience.
Proficient with email and shipping/warehousing software.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.
Experience with international freight and customs brokers.
HTS codes, ECCN and related export/import documentation.
