📋 Description

• Act with integrity and promote Starbucks and Gopuff values
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume to keep operations on standard
• Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment
• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks to create the Starbucks Experience
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts
• Open and close duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership in retail/grocery/restaurant; cafe exp preferred
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe exp preferred
• Ability to work with flexible schedules
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward new team members
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs
• Work independently and with a team
