📋 Description

• Lead shift team to ensure accurate orders and fast service.
• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks during shifts.
• Coach and train new team members to uphold standards.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Open/close duties and maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Foster positive team relationships and a great working environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant; cafe lead preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward new team members.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
