📋 Description

• Lead shift operations; uphold Starbucks and Gopuff standards.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume to keep store running.
• Anticipate customer and store needs; communicate with manager.
• Train new team with coaching; provide feedback.
• Organize opening and closing duties; ensure attendance.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership in retail/grocery/restaurant or equivalent.
• 1 year leadership in cafe preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward new team members.
