Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista

📋 Description

• Lead shift operations and maintain store standards.
• Train and coach baristas; provide feedback to the manager.
• Manage opening/closing duties; ensure attendance.
• Ensure quality beverages, food and adherence to recipes.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adapt to varying hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership in retail/grocery/military/restaurant; 1 year cafe preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules.
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs.
• Work both independently and with a team.
