🎯 Requirements

1+ years of leadership in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
1 year of cafe leadership preferred
ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
Starbucks or fast-paced cafe experience preferred
Ability to work with fluid schedules
Welcoming attitude toward new team members
