📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
• Oversee service flow and hospitality to deliver great guest experiences
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving
• Train and onboard new team members
• Handle cash handling and daily deposits
• Uphold safety protocols and Blue Bottle standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience
• Barista training completed or within 90 days post-hire
• Food Safety Certification for state/role, or obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+
