📋 Description

• Possess knowledge of cafe expenditures and drive sales growth.
• Oversee service flow ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage ordering, receiving, and inventory control.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members.
• Oversee cash handling and daily deposits; address guest concerns.
• Lead sustainability initiatives and uphold Blue Bottle standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days.
• Food Safety Certification required for the state/role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
