🎯 Requirements

6 months to 1 year supervisory experience or team leadership
Complete Blue Bottle Academy Barista training and validation; or within 90 days post-hire
Food Safety Certification for the state/role; or obtain within 30 days post-hire
Basic math and computer skills
Flexible schedule; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communicator who motivates the team
