- Complete Blue Bottle Academy Barista training and validation; or within 90 days post-hire
- Food Safety Certification for the state/role; or obtain within 30 days post-hire
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexible schedule; mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communicator who motivates the team
