📋 Description

• Lead cafe operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality
• Oversee beverage and food prep to maintain high standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and daily deposits
• Deploy staff, manage breaks, and uphold hospitality standards
• Coach onboarding and training for new team members
• Lead sustainability initiatives with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience
• Blue Bottle Academy Barista training completed or within 90 days
• Food Safety Certification for your state or obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
