Shift Lead, Space Simulation Technician

📋 Description

• Organize, coordinate, and communicate daily tech assignments for a medium-size technician team.
• Lead work and safety culture.
• Setup and test flight hardware for vibration, shock, thermal vacuum, and thermal cycle.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Train and onboard new team members; support daily tasks.
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain test lab equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in vibration and/or thermal vacuum testing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Aerospace/high-reliability manufacturing experience preferred.
• JIRA and Confluence experience; MIL-STD-810G and related standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
• Will work evenings and weekends; able to lift 25 lbs.
