- Organize and lead day-to-day work for a medium-size technician team.
- Lead safety culture and maintain the test lab and environments for space hardware.
- Review test plans, requirements, SOWs, and fixture design.
- Train and onboard new team members; support daily tasks.
- Set up and test flight hardware for vibration and thermal vacuum environmental tests.
- Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain lab equipment; support campaigns via Jira and Manufacturo.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in vibration or thermal vacuum testing.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Aerospace/high-reliability manufacturing experience; HVAC or industrial gas experience.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence; familiarity with aerospace testing standards (SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-810G).
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
