📋 Description

• Be a role model and set the standard for the team
• Lead shifts, ensuring hospitality and Blue Bottle standards
• Assist training new hires and current staff on offerings
• Guide task completion following Blue Bottle standards and safety
• Provide timely feedback to improve workflow and quality
• Lead the team toward sustainability goals

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience
• Completed Blue Bottle Barista training or within 90 days
• Existing Food Safety Certification for the state or within 30 days
• Basic math and computer skills
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old
