📋 Description

• Lead shift, place the right people and deliver hospitality and quality beverages/food.
• Train new hires and current staff on beverages and offerings.
• Ensure tasks follow Blue Bottle standards and safety guidelines.
• Provide timely feedback to improve workflow, hospitality, and quality.
• Support sustainability goals and foster cafe learning through tastings and trainings.
• Prepare beverages and food to Blue Bottle quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Barista training and validation completed or within 90 days post-hire.
• Existing Food Safety Certification in the state for the role, or obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Flexible schedule; available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
