About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic HR initiatives that drive organisational success. You will provide expert advice and hands-on support to business units and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and People & Culture goals.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and offer support and guidance on employee matters.
Ensure HR is a strategic partner to management in HR related matters.
Constructive coaching of managers in line with values and high-performance culture.
Strong domain knowledge gained through working with technology stakeholders.
Org Design, Selection & Induction
Support mangers with support and guidance around organisational design.
Creation of PD’s and job evaluation where appropriate
Coach managers and provide ongoing support for recruitment & Induction.
Policies & Procedures
Ensuring awareness and compliance of company policies and procedures
Ensure HR Legal compliance.
Workforce Review & Process Improvements
Provide advice, guidance and support on organisational change projects including restructures, new system implementations and alignment of procedures.
Review & Manage workforce plan.
Culture
Be seen as a People & Culture ‘point person’ (go to person) in the development of effective teamwork and a resilient, inclusive, positive, performance-oriented culture.
Role model and champion of the Shift Values at all times and in all interactions both internally and externally.
Support the development of the shift culture and an increase in employee engagement.
WHS
Responsible for ensuring that complies with its legal requirements and strives for best practice in the provision of a safe workplace for all
Other
Manage and contribute to additional P&C projects as required
Qualifications:
Relevant Business Degree preferred
Skills & Desirable Skills required
4 years plus experience in professional Human Resources/People and Culture generalist roles.
Knowledge of contemporary and progressive Human Resources practices
Experience Driving change.
Desirable
Effective business partner with a strong customer focus and influencing skills.
Demonstrated capability in engaging and supporting technology stakeholders.
Excellent communication & consulting skills
Analytical with problem solving skills.
Organisational and project management skills
