About the Role:
Perform routine collections work on overdue accounts through inbound & outbound calls. You'll Negotiate with customers to determine a resolution of defaulted loans while maintaining accurate records & relevant information. Investigate & research accounts prior to initiating debtor contact by examining data & evaluating past collection efforts. Contributing to a collaborative team environment is something you will have the opportunity to do on a daily basis whilst providing assistance to Senior Collections Officers

Ability to manage high volume collection cases
Skills & Experience required:

2 years plus experience in collections ideally in finance industry
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in a commercial debt recovery/collections role
Knowledge of relevant government rules, regulations and guidelines to perform your role
Effective communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations with organisations and people experience challenging circumstances, remaining professional and respectful
