  • Develop and execute quarterly/annual regional sales plans within your region to meet targets.
  • Activate new brokers while maintaining existing network.
  • Onboard, train and develop new brokers.
  • Represent Shift at aggregator and industry events.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with broker network.
  • Manage key relationships with aggregator sales personnel at state level.
  • Build Shift's brand awareness across your dedicated region.
  • Keep up to date with market and industry trends.

  • 2+ years Sales/BDM experience, asset finance or related lending.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships within the broker network.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong sales acumen.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
  • Exceptional rapport building skills.
