About the role:
Are you passionate about client services and enjoy working in a fast paced, transformational environment? We’re looking for someone to support our Brokers sales team by managing the new business pipeline within our Broker channel. You’ll play a vital role providing administrative and processing support to brokers, handling loan application tasks and managing commission related matters. With a hands on approach, you’ll own your responsibilities and help improve the customer experience while collaborating closely with our Credit and Settlements teams. This role offers the chance to work alongside a diverse, talented team and ensure broker expectations are consistently met. Based in North Sydney, we offer hybrid work flexibility with a minimum of three days in the office.
What you'll do:
Manage the new business pipeline for our Broker channel
Provide administrative and processing support related to loan applications and commissions
Collaborate with Credit and Settlements teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Uphold high standards of quality assurance, ensuring AML and KYC compliance
Take ownership and contribute ideas to enhance broker and customer satisfaction
Maintain clear and timely communication with brokers and internal stakeholders
What you'll bring:
Experience in financial services, preferably with asset finance or commercial lending
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
