Shift Base Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance of company aircraft to FAA/OSHA standards.
• Ensure facility compliance with company policies and OSHA regs.
• Assist Base Manager in managing maintenance operations.
• Plan and prioritize work to minimize delays and boost productivity.
• Communicate aircraft status to Maintenance Control.
• Maintain a safe work environment and train team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combo of education/experience.
• A&P license (Airframe & Powerplant) required.
• Minimum six years A&P experience on similar aircraft; four years supervisory.
• Authorized to work in the US; pass a background check.
• Education details: engineering, Aviation Management or related field preferred; Associate’s accepted with FAA A&P.
• Preferred: valid Driver’s License with clean record; possess required tools; strong communication and teamwork.
