Supervise a team of exempt/non-exempt staff; set targets and coach up to 10 FTE.
Review staff messaging and Epic pools to ensure timely work.
Manage email communications and FFT delivery slip concerns.
Troubleshoot workflow questions; assist liaisons as needed.
Monitor PA log activity weekly and report gaps.
Hybrid remote role with travel; assist with onboarding.
