Provide legendary care to hospital patients with a full suite of medication management services
Work with hospital clinicians to serve patients face-to-face and by phone
Educate patients on hospital services to improve their overall care
Support outpatient retail and specialty prescription needs
Grow the specialty pharmacy patient population
Ensure patients stay adherent with outbound calls and refills

🎯 Requirements

State-registered pharmacy technician; Nationally certified (CPhT) required
2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience; 3-5 preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
Specialties in rheumatology, oncology, or neurology a plus
Ability to resolve insurance issues including prior authorizations
Strong patient communication and team-oriented clinic work
