Leads Specialty Liaison team to deliver high-quality patient experiences in specialty clinics
Coach and develop liaison team; instill Shields culture at partner sites
Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, and development to liaison teams
Facilitate communication between liaison, Shields, pharmacy, and clinic teams
Meet or exceed site targets for clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction
Drive growth and efficiency via improvement initiatives with health system partners

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory/management exp
5 years in healthcare/pharmacy with direct patient and clinician contact
National Certification as a CPhT (or equivalent) preferred
Experience in retail/hospital/outpatient clinics; healthcare communication
Strong communication; proficient in Excel and Word
Ability to train, lead by example, motivate teams
