🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
MBA, MHA, or equivalent preferred but not required.
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy is a plus but not required.
7+ years leadership in healthcare or pharmacy operations.
5+ years leading large operations teams (50+ members) preferred.
Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals in hospital/provider settings.
