π― Requirements
- 12 months of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
- Minimum of two years selling insurance products.
- Shelter selling experience.
- Excellent verbal communication, empathy, and active listening.
- Ability to guide customers through onboarding or service-related processes.
- Outbound calling experience and comfortable engaging with customers.
