- Read and interpret basic mechanical drawings and shop tickets.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas; follow PPE and safety protocols.
- Support field crews with material handling and general labor.

- Willingness to learn the sheet metal trade and commit to a long-term career path
- Basic mechanical aptitude — comfortable with tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in heat, heights, and confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification (construction) or ability to obtain
