- Experience building a SharePoint site or knowledge base from scratch.
- Strong information architecture, metadata, permissions, and governance.
- Hands-on SharePoint Online administration and internal docs systems.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Learn365, Nevvon, Absorb, Relias, Workday, Docebo).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent writing/editing; translate complex processes into user content.
