SharePoint Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for the organization.
• Manage M365 governance, permissions, and security posture.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack.
• Migrate workloads from on-premises to cloud using ShareGate.
• Plan capacity and lifecycle management of the SharePoint environment.
• Document governance processes and prepare management reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years admin experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• 3+ years migrating SharePoint content with ShareGate or similar.
• Proficient with AvePoint tools; SPFx, PowerShell, Graph API.
• Thorough knowledge of M365 admin centers and governance features.
• Experience with Copilot governance and security implications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-team liaison skills.
• Experience migrating on-premise/cloud workloads to M365 and data cleanup.
