📋 Description

• Administer SharePoint Online and M365 services (Teams, OneDrive) for governance and ops.
• Improve SharePoint permissions; provide governance reports.
• Govern M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio integration.
• PowerShell scripting for tenant administration.
• Manage capacity and lifecycle with ShareGate and AvePoint.
• Collaborate with helpdesk and security teams to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years MS 365/SharePoint admin in enterprise; team lead preferred.
• 3+ years migrating SharePoint content with ShareGate or equivalent.
• AvePoint tools experience a plus.
• 3+ years modernizing permissions for least privilege in M365.
• 3+ years automating M365 processes.
• SPFx, Graph API, and Power Platform experience.
• Bachelor degree in engineering or CS; certification not required but a plus.
