  • Lead Shared Services across Implementation, Services, and Compliance.
  • Own end-to-end workflows: mail processing, data mgmt, imaging.
  • Ensure accuracy, scalability, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Manage tens of thousands of documents annually and 10,000+ tickets/year.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Shared Services team; establish SLAs.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security as needed.

  • 2+ years in operations, shared services, or process-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, or similar workflow systems.
  • Strong process design, documentation, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-volume transactional environments and people leadership.
