- Partner with Growth/Account Management and Finance on deal policies and billing terms.
- Orchestrate vendor intake via TPRM, including risk tiering and diligence routing.
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5 years in legal operations, contract management, or related fields.
- Proven CLM implementation/administration, incl. metadata tagging and integrations.
- Experience with NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and vendor diligence.
- Proven aptitude utilizing AI/LLMs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to audience.
- Highly organized, able to manage many conversations and priorities.
