Senior Graphic Designer at Shakepay

Shakepay is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will lead the visual direction for Shakepay's brand across digital marketing, product experiences, and communications. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to craft compelling visuals that explain fintech concepts clearly while maintaining the Shakepay brand and design system.

What you'll do

Lead the design of marketing campaigns, website visuals, social assets, and product illustrations.
Own and evolve Shakepay's brand identity, guidelines, and design system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into intuitive visuals.
Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure accessibility, readability, and consistency across channels.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced fintech environment.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio in branding and digital design.
Expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
Experience with design systems and UI/UX fundamentals.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience in fintech or regulated industries is a plus.

Nice to have

Motion design or After Effects experience.
